We typically try to accommodate walk-ins when possible. However, the shop is usually booked out day of. It is recommended that you book ahead in order to secure your visit here at IBC!

Your time is valuable and so is ours. By respecting this policy, you not only respect our commitment to providing exceptional service but also ensure that other clients have the opportunity to book our services.
This business enforces a cancellation policy on select services and reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for any no-shows and late cancellations. Note that you may be considered a no-show if you are late for your scheduled appointment, and it is up to the business to decide whether the fee is applied.
The cancellation fee is only charged if you violate the terms of the cancellation policy. If you show up to the appointment on time or cancel before the 12 hour deadline listed on your confirmation page, no cancellation fee is withdrawn from your account. As the fee is not charged for successful appointments, you will be expected to pay for your appointment in full once the service is completed.

Last minute cancellations or no-shows not only disrupt our schedule but also affect the livelihood of our dedicated team. This may result in a cancellation fee up to the full price of the missed service, at your Barbers discretion.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we're happy to accommodate to reasonable exceptions. However, by giving us advance notice of any changes to your appointment, you allow us to better serve you and others in our community.

Yes of course! We just ask that they are at an age where they can sit still and follow directions for the duration of the service.
No straight razor services will performed on children under high school age.
